I am Nittin Handa, and The Full Ahead is where I write about the maritime industry — the regulations that shape it, the safety challenges that define it, and the changes coming to the way the world moves by sea.

I started my career at sea. I have sailed as a Master Mariner, worked in ship management, and spent years in policy advocacy — engaging with regulators and industry bodies across Hong Kong and internationally. This blog is my way of cutting through the noise.

My goal is simple: write clearly about complex topics for anyone who works in the industry, cares about it, or just wants to understand it better.
